Summertime "Plein Air" Camp
$40.00 - $50.00
Our 10th year offering "en plein air" (outdoor) painting on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Choose between mornings (9:00-noon) or evenings (5:00-7:30 PM) with options to add on time for childcare purposes ($20/hour).
We'll meet at our garden/patio "studio" in Central Park, NE Denver (and we're renovating our indoor studio), and use watercolor, acrylic, graphite, charcoal, and more (all materials included).
Supplies and a light refreshment provided--please let us know what food restrictions your child has. For evening classes, we'll include a child-friendly dinner, such as pizza or chicken tenders with fruit and refreshments. While indoors, we do have two cats and a dog, but will put them upstairs during the lessons.
For each class, there must be a minimum of two students/maximum of six. Led by local artist and Denver Public School art teacher, Keri Deixler, and for some classes, a teenage artist will be there to assist.
